The Daily Mail interviewed transgender pole dancer Natasha Payne who took 3rd Place in International Pole Sports Federation‘s World Pole Sport Championships. Less than eight years ago, Natasha was living as a man under the name David. She said she always felt trapped in the wrong body and after leaving her second wife had the courage to start living life as a woman. She tried pole dancing as a way to keep fit and fell in love with it. She hopes it will one day become an Olympic sport. “I was amazed when I won bronze – I’d come a long way from the confused boy I used to be,” she told The Daily Mail.
